We are looking for a solution to provide performance
insights into current contracts and create smart contracts
and clauses within the existing S2C process

Challenge Details

We are looking for a contract analytics solution that helps AstraZeneca gain insights into their currently used contracts, templates and clauses together with recommendations and technology support in order to enable digital transformation to a smart clause and template-based contract authoring process – all within their existing Source-to-Contract solution (JAGGAER).

The solution should provide insights and recommendations into:

  • Frequency of use per contract template
  • Frequency of negotiation per clause and key variations used
  • Processing time from initiation to finalization per contract
  • Risk profile per template & per clause
  • Definition of the optimal selection of contract templates and clauses

Note: Seamless integration with the JAGGAER platform is not a key requirement and could be enabled by API for a repeatable, productionised process.

Background

As part of their digital transformation, AstraZeneca Global Procurement wants to create the right set of smart contracts and clauses so the right process can be followed depending on the category, location and risk profile of the goods and services.

  • About You

  • Business and Challenge (please use below questions as inspiration) - 1200 Characters
